“This artwork started off as a real experiment, with the need to just move paint around at its core. In the studio with loud music, this painting changed forms a lot. For me, it’s bones, it’s digging in and examining the skeleton of painting. Symbols, shapes and characters communicate with you. It’s the digging in with all senses alive to music, movement and aesthetic, all at once and all encompassing.”
